Windows Phone Tango Build 8200 Already on an HTC HD7?

We have heard only whispers of the Tango update which is supposed to come after Mango but before Apollo (Windows Phone 8). Recently Tango was rumored to be more of a lower priced version of the Windows Phone OS aimed for Nokia. A few weeks a leaked image made its rounds around the Internet showing a Windows Phone with global search. That device was rumored to be running Windows Phone 7 with the Tango update.

Now we have an HTC HD7 that was being sold on Facebook but since then has been taken down. Is this image real? Is there an actual HTC HD7 out there running Tango? Only time will tell but if the seller has taken down the image, it might actually be the real thing.
