Nokia’s Stephen Elop Talking Windows Phone at Uplinq 2011 (video)

Nokia’s CEO Stephen Elop has kept his cool in the midst of all the problems Nokia has faced recently. He has remained poised, focused and certain that Windows phone is the best platform for Nokia going forward. In Elop’s vision, creating a successful ecosystem is a five  step deal which includes:

  1. Ability to delight consumers
  2. Complete the ecosystem making it whole
  3. Rely on operators
  4. Broaden the ecosystem and take it further
  5. Developer community
