The Saga Continues: WP7 Help Forums On Verizon Site Live

April 28, 2011 No Comments

We first started talking about the HTC Trophy for Verizon late last year. It has been exactly 2 months since we published an article showing off leaked images of Verizon’s entry into the Windows Phone world with the HTC Trophy. After that rumors spread with launch dates which were all passed by without a word from Verizon. Let’s take a closer look at all the drama with a good ol’ fashion timeline.

Dec. 6th 2010: Made official for January

Dec. 22nd 2010:  Verizon gets their own Netflix app

Feb 28th 2011: Image of HTC Trophy Leaks

March 1st 2011: More Verizon branded HTC Trophy images leaked

March 3rd 2011: Verzon launches support pages for Windows Phone 7

March 12th 2011: Leaked: HTC Trophy on Verizon March 24th?

March 22nd 2011: HTC Trophy on Verizon Very Close: Deal is Live For MS Employees

March 30th 2011: HTC Trophy to Land on Verizon April 15th?

Yesterday: Verizon’s HTC Trophy Found on Best Buy Site

Now Verizon has launched a help forum exclusively for Windows Phones without actually carrying any Windows Phone devices. I would love to take this as a sign that it is going to launch soon but I have been there… said that. Until Verizon finally announces a date, all they are going to get are angry customers demanding their trophy on their new forums.

Check out the Forum here. So far all we have there are pissed of customers, tired of waiting and hoping for answers.
