Sprint Sneaks ‘Sprint TV & Movies’ Into Marketplace

Not sure why we didn’t see this one but Sprint made ‘Sprint TV & Movies’ available to their Windows Phone 7 users. You can watch full-length movies and stream TV shows. It also has a decent array of networks available for your viewing pleasure including ESPN, NBC, Disney Channel, ABC, CBS, Fox News etc. While some of these features are free there are some that can be added on like a premium channel. The extras can run up to $9.99 a month. Unfortunately Sprint doesn’t allow using your WiFi connection with this service. I can’t say I understand why, shouldn’t they want you to use your own connection. Hopefully that is just a temporary inconvenience.
