Windows Phone 7 Mascot in the Works

April 25, 2011 No Comments

When Windows Foam 7 came into the picture I can’t say I was pleased. Windows Foam 7 was not a very appealing to the eyes.

B+ Studios in Taiwan has been hard at work on another mascot concept, they are calling him Tiler. Tiler is based on the Windows Phone 7 tiles (in case you couldn’t figure that one out on your own). He has a “W” shape on top of his head which stands for Windows. B+ Studios has not only been working on Tiler’s appearance but also on developing his personality which the Windows Phone tiles will be the basis for. Tiler will have more colors and characteristics that will be announced in the future.

For now all we have of Tiler is some interesting concept art. The lil guy is definitely cuter than Windows Foam 7. I think with a little refining, Microsoft may have finally found their mascot.
