Ford SYNC Making its’ Way to Europe

Ford SYNC, the Microsoft the voice controlled car system will be making its’ way to Europe in 2012. It has an 8-inch touchscreen and displays four major hubs, climate control, media player, navigation and mobile phone.

Ford SYNC boasts an impressive 10,000 voice commands so that the driver can keep his or her eyes on the road all the while controlling the functions of SYNC.

Users’ of the SYNC, can also connect their mobile phone and interact with select applications through the Ford Sync using the AppLink technology. For now the system supports iOS, Blackberry and Android but Ford’s user interface design manager, Jason Johnson made it clear that the system would soon support Windows Phone 7.
