Microsoft Runs Promo for UK Devs
March 28, 2011 No CommentsMicrosoft is on the hunt for developers as you may have noticed. They are on a never ending campaign to recruit devs to create apps for the WP7 platform. Their latest attempt is aimed at the devs over in the UK. Microsoft has launched a reward program that will run from March 21 to June 30th. In this reward program devs are asked to submit up to four original and unique apps, these apps will receive 1 point per enrty that can then be swapped for different prizes.
PRIZES:
There are 1400 points prizes (a maximum of four per winner -based on one point per application). Points can be redeemed for a few options that are available at the www.my-rewards.com site. E.g. One point can be redeemed for – a set of Mini MP3 speakers. Two points can be redeemed for an HD Flip Camcorder. Three points can be redeemed for a Microsoft Xbox Kinect Sensor. Four points can be redeemed for a Microsoft Xbox 360 250GB.
There is also a weekly prize drawing that consists of computer hardware and participants are entered automatically. For more information see Microsofts reward page.
