Windows Phone 7 Duplicate Contacts Bug?

I have never seen this type of bug before on any WP7 device but this one sure looks annoying if true. We were just tipped off that Long Zheng of I Started Something is having that same problem. We have all dealt with multiple contacts due to facebook or various emails but from what you see in the video, this is not the same problem.
