The only way so far for developers to test their apps was to hunt down different people with unlocked WP7 devices and share their XAP file. Even after that you would have to hope they would give you sometime of helpful feedback.

Now the XNA UK user group has launched their XNA-UK XAP service which allows you to test your apps through their service.

'At this point in time we are just offering a basic service, where we will install your XAP on our test and production devices and check for the common Marketplace issues that you get knocked back on. We’ll document at some point what tests we do once we get a feel for how the service is operating.'

For right now this service is free. If your interested, you can check out their site here.
