Microsoft Just Released New App Called Windows Phone Insider

Windows Phone Insider is a great app for the beginner WP7 user. There is a section on the app that is called tour where you can pick a certain category, it will then give you subcategories where they explain how to perform the funtions within that category. That is an awesome tool to have at your disposal if you are a new WP7 owner. There is also recent Bing wallpapers available for download in case any of those recent wallpapers really caught your eye. Last but not least there is a top picks list for applications, though that can be checked easily enough in the Marketplace.
