Updated: German IM Client Flory Coming to US

Finally, an instant messaging app that sounds like something I can actually use. Flory is supposed to be like everything we have been waiting for. It will work with GTalk and Facebook. It will have a live tile and we all know what that means….PUSH NOTIFICATIONS! Right now they only have the German version available but the US version should be out really soon. An email sent to wpcentral from the developers of Flory states: 

The en-US translation is nearly done and I'll release the US market version next week.

Timestamps will work then! 😉 And btw… you don't need to logout… Flory take care of all messages even when your phone is offline.

Another nice feature: all transports are secured and 256 bit encrypted… so no one can read your messages while you are writing messages on a public network.

Naturally I am excited. One thing that I have stated that WP7 is missing is a decent IM app. I am crossing my fingers and hoping this is the answer to our prayers.

UPDATE: Flory is now available in the Marketplace but it is in German, lets cross our fingers for an English version soon.
