Remove 10 App Limit on Unlocked Windows Phone 7 Devices

Developers and homebrewers alike know how frustrating it is that there is a limit to how many apps you can sideload onto your device. 10 apps being the limit which was put in place by Microsoft to prevent devs from creating a bunch of ‘”cheap” apps.
