Rumor: Nokia looking to run WP7 on future phones

Currently Nokia is all about Symbian, they have been for quiet some time. Recently though whispers have been roaming around the internet that Nokia is ready to offer another flavor in their OS lineup. Some sources are speculating that Nokia is readying a WP7 device. A Nokia phone running Windows Phone 7 would be a great idea in my eyes. Nokia phones are famous for having great hardware,  a WP7 twist to a Nokia device would be a very intriguing idea.

Microsoft & Nokia have nothing to lose in any type of partnership. Microsoft is trying to get Windows Phone 7 devices in as many hands as humanly possible. Nokia is starting to lose grip of their market-share because most people in the states dont even know what symbian is (sad but true). With Nokia hardware and Microsoft software these 2 companies would create one hell of a phone. Especially since WP7 does not have a premium handset as of yet.

Hopefully this rumor turns into an actual press release sometime soon…
